underwater dancer

I'm not sure where this mysteriously beautiful photo comes from..

I find it particularly evocative.It reminds me of a dream or a scene from another era

 or dimension, it takes me back to my childhood when I longed to be a classical 

ballet dancer (oh but I'm so glad I didn't go in that direction now!).

I just grew too tall and big boned to be a classical ballet dancer. Anyway, 

here she is, and her height and weight don't matter in the slightest. 

The metaphor is for 'freedom', the freedom to 

do whatever you want, and be whoever you want to be..I love it.

I've been meditating again, every morning for ten to twenty minutes.

I'm amazed at how this simple thing is transforming my experience of life.

I feel less and less attached to 'being right' or 'better'...

Its beyond words actually.

I can't recommend it highly enough.

Just sit quietly and watch your breath in and out to begin with

'colour dive'

I found this photograph as I was going through google reader today, the other photos here are also intensely colourful and evocative, but this one has that magic moment quality..the clouds, the ocean, the diver, looks slightly hesitant almost. Its like a dream scene, so perfect, slightly quirky and the colours almost bring tears to my eyes.
